If you DO NOT have an appointment, please do not "pop up" at the salon. Unexpected visits interrupts services in progress. If you have questions , comments, or concerns please call the salon instead or go online to book a consultation.
Keep In Mind: Timing is of the essence. When booking your appointment, please utilize the "Add-On" section for additional services that you would like to include during your salon visit. This information is imperative and helps the stylist with time management to ensure our clients wait time is not extended.

Join our Waitlist! Our waitlist allows us to notify you of any openings or cancellations based on your preferences. Our waitlist is monitored daily and notifications are sent on a 1st come 1st serve basis.
Cancellation Policy

A cancellation made with less than a 24 hour notice significantly limits our ability to make the appointment available for other clients in need.
To remain consistent with our mission, we have instituted the following policies:

SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
​
Upon booking services online, a valid credit card will be required in order reserve your appointment and will NOT be charged.​

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please give 24-48 hour notice in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. This will allow us the opportunity to provide hair care to another client in need. Failure to comply will result in the following:

NO CALL, NO SHOW

IF YOU DO NOT CALL ,IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE SERVICE BOOKED.
Payments can be made with card on file or an invoice will be sent to email/phone on file. All future appointments will be rejected until payment is received.
​(Ex: If you booked a $40 Haircut, you are required to pay $40. )

SHORT NOTICE & SAME DAY CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
​
IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ON THE SAME DAY OR LESS THAN 24-48 HOUR NOTICE YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR 1/2 OF THE SERVICE BOOKED.
Payments can be made with card on file or an invoice will be sent to email/phone on file.
All future appointments will be rejected until payment is received.

​​LATE APPOINTMENTS

We offer a 15min grace period. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, the appointment MAY be cancelled/rescheduled according to time of next client’s appointment.
If your appointment is accepted, a $15 late fee will be added
to your service.

REFUND POLICY
​
At Restorations Hair Boutique, our top priority is to provide you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every appointment. All of our hair care services are non-refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything please let us know right away. We will do our best to make the necessary adjustments.
If you have any questions regarding this policy, please let us know and we will be glad to clarify any questions you may have.
Covid-19 Guidlines
Restorations Hair Boutique follows SC State Board guidelines by practicing safety, sanitation, and regulation procedures daily and in between clients. However, clients that have medical issues, masking is at their own discretion. If you are feeling sick please cancel your appointment and stay home.
