Restorations Hair Boutique specializes in providing hair and skin care services exclusively for women in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
PLAN YOUR ADD-ONS
Enhance your appointment by selecting any additional services during booking. Add-ons must accompany a qualifying service to ensure adequate time is reserved for your visit.
NATURAL HAIR PRODUCTS
We proudly use Influance Hair Care products, thoughtfully selected to support healthy hair and scalp care. Patch testing is available when needed to address individual sensitivities.

Policies
Please review our booking and service policies before scheduling your appointment. These guidelines are designed to respect everyone's time, maintain a professional environment, and ensure a pleasant experience for every guest.

SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment when booking online. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. However, applicable fees may be charged in accordance with our cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies.

Restorations Hair Boutique operates strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins, unexpected visits, and unscheduled drop-ins are not permitted, including visits for general inquiries. To respect each guest's privacy and uninterrupted service time, please contact us by phone or message rather than visiting without an appointment.

CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change. We kindly request 24–48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This fee may be charged to the card on file or invoiced. Outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

NO - CALL, NO - SHOW
​Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notifying the salon will be charged 100% of the booked service amount. This fee may be charged to the card on file or invoiced. All outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be accepted.

LATE ARRIVALS
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this period may result in cancellation or rescheduling, depending on appointment availability. If your appointment can still be accommodated, a $15 late fee will apply.

REFUND POLICY
All hair care services are nonrefundable. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage you to communicate any concerns promptly so we may review the situation and make reasonable adjustments when appropriate.

HEALTH & WELLNESS POLICY
​Your health and comfort are important to us. We follow South Carolina State Board sanitation and safety guidelines, with cleaning and disinfecting practices performed regularly and between clients. Guests with medical concerns may wear a mask at their discretion. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment to help maintain a safe environment for everyone.
