RETURNS & refund POLICY
For health and safety purposes, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they're unopened and unused, within 7 days along with a receipt. If product is used or opened , a 25% restocking fee will be charged and you will be given a store credit for the remaining amount. We understand the importance of ensuring the right products for your hair and we will do our best to help you find one that works for you.
