We regret to inform you that shipping is currently unavailable until further notice. All online orders will need to be picked up in-store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your patience at this time.

RETURNS & refund POLICY

For health and safety purposes, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they're unopened and unused, within 7 days along with a receipt. If product is used or opened , a 25% restocking fee will be charged and you will be given a store credit for the remaining amount. We understand the importance of ensuring the right products for your hair and we will do our best to help you find one that works for you.

All clothing purchases are final, except in the case of defective items.
