SAlon requirements

We are a low tension, chemical-free, and extension-free salon atmosphere that focuses on true beauty from the inside out. There are many harsh chemicals in medications,hair, and skin care products that are causing severe hair loss and breakage. Our mission is to ensure our clients' hair is safe, healthy, and beautiful.

Our salon caters to women and young girls only. We do NOT provide services for men.

There is absolutely no profanity or gossip allowed please make your clients aware.

Cleanliness,Friendliness, Professionalism,Integrity, and Respect are required at all times. Leave personal problems and business at Home!

Fighting , Arguing, Theft, Vandalism, and Disrespect will NOT be tolerated such behavior will result in immediate termination.

Anyone not receiving a service must sit in designated waiting area not styling, dryer, or shampoo chairs.

Clients can eat/drink in the dryer area or the break room.Please make sure all trash is disposed of properly in trash receptacles.

Only gospel music or spa music is allowed at appropriate volume; any other music headphones are required.

Only appropriate television shows or movies can be viewed on Salon TV.

Clients with children must be accompanied by an adult, parent, or guardian.
Cleanliness requirements

Stylists must have clean styling tools and proper draping on each client.

Stylist stations must be cleaned and disinfected at the end and during each shift.

Styling chairs and styling stations must be disinfected in between each client.

Stylists must clean, sanitize , and disinfect combs & brushes every 1-2 weeks.

In order to ensure cleanliness of the salon effectively, we are to work together to ensure our safety and our clients safety.Therefore, salon duties will be assigned at manager’s discretion.​
Stylists requirements

Stylists must be licensed under the SC State Board of Cosmetology and licenses must be displayed at their styling station. Framing will be provided.

Stylists are to reflect good customer service, professionalism, and polite conduct to others at all times.

The salon provides towels, rollers, rods, and cleaning supplies. Other necessary products and supplies are your responsibility. Please be sure to clean and place reusable items back to their its' original state.

Stylists must return, replenish, or replace any item or product borrowed or used from another stylist.

Stylists must do their best to continue to build clientele, promote services and products, and invite new clients to the salon.

Stylists must dress appropriately according to salon colors. The salon colors are black, white, gray, tan, and yellow/gold. Feel free to alternate with colors given. Leggings are allowed but behind must be covered. Cleavage, shorts or mini skirts/dresses and athletic wear are NOT permitted. Required length for skirts/dresses are knee length and below.

Stylists may perform duties on themselves while not performing a service on a client. If there is not enough time to finish before the client arrives the stylist cannot do it before the client service is rendered. The client does not wait on you to finish ALWAYS look like a Professional Stylist!

Stylists cannot wear bonnets, wrap caps, or bandannas but hats,fashion scarves or turban wraps are permitted. If you are indecisive please ask the manager.

To ensure our No Wait Policy remains in a positive state, please be on time so your clients don’t have to wait. It’s highly suggested to arrive at least 15 min before your client arrives. If you’re running behind please make your clients aware.

Stylists are required to take a lunch break.It's highly suggested to reserve at least 30min into your schedule.
Licensure Requirements

Cosmetology License – updated with appropriate picture and hung visibly.

Business License- Updated and hung visibly.

Booth Renter License- Updated and hung visibly

booth rental requirements

Booth Rent in the amount of $250/week is due by 6pm each Friday. Failure to do so will result in a late fee charge of $40. Booth rent is to be placed in the provided envelope and placed in the designated drop box in the break room. Receipts will be given at the beginning of the following week. Your 1st Month Booth Rental is Free!​​​
